A: Our products are made with love in the USA and in Asia.
Q: Are all of your products Vegan and Cruelty-Free?
A: Yes, and we are PETA and Leaping Bunny® Certified!
Q: How are you working toward becoming a more sustainable brand?
A: We've been working on some exciting initiatives and partnerships which are helping to offset our carbon emission and plastic consumption. Pachama and TerraCycle are just 2 of the organizations we are partnering with. We will be offering a mail-back program to safely dispose of your empties and we've changed to varnish printing so all of our outer packaging is now fully recyclable!
Q: How can I insure my TFB order and track it?
A: We've partnered with Route to optimize your shopping experience. Once you opt in to their $0.98 insurance policy at checkout you gain access to their app which offers live-time tracking. It also provides you with full coverage on your order. Sh*t happens. Be worry-free with Route and protect your TFB order against lost, damaged, or stolen items.
Q: Are your products made with animal products or bi-products?
Q: Is the palm oil sustainably sourced?
A: Yes, we only use sustainable palm oil (if the formula contains palm oil).
Q: Is the mica used ethical?
A: Yes, our mica supplier has passed the BSCI audit and the facilities are regularly vetted to ensure no child labour.
Q: Is the titanium oxide you use non-nano?
A: Yes, we only use non-nano titanium dioxide in our formulas.
Q: Where are your head offices located?
A: Montreal, Quebec, Canada.
Q: Where do your products ship from?
A: Our products ship worldwide from our warehouse in Chicago.
Q: The shade I ordered is not what I expected...
A: While we do our best to accurately depict the colours on our site, everyone's screen is calibrated differently. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we would be happy to do our best to help.
Q: How long does it take to ship?
A: All orders are processed within 24-hours Monday - Friday. Orders shipping within the USA should take approximately 2-7 business days. Orders shipping to Canada can take approximately 5-10 business days. Orders shipping internationally can take approximately 10-15 business days. We'd love to be able to account for customs, weather and carrier delays but no one's perfect.
