Shipping & Returns


We do not ship during statutory holidays or weekends but your order will go out the next business day. Provided it is not on back/pre-order. 

Most orders are processed same day however it can take up to 72 hours or longer depending on our order volume to process your order. 

Shipping times - Canada and USA

All Packages are shipped from the USA. Most orders shipping to Canada will arrive 3-10 business days after the item is shipped. Delivery time of your shipment depends on where you are located in Canada as well as the boarder processing times and cannot be guaranteed. If you would like a guarantee please contact us and there will be an additional charge. Packages shipping within the USA will take 2 – 10 business days depending where you are located. We do the best we can to get your package to you as soon as possible but we are not responsible for weather or border delays. We are also not responsible for customs fees should there be any.

Shipping Times International

Depending where you are located your order can take from 3 - 20 days. European orders usually arrive in  5 days however these times cannot be guaranteed. We are not responsible for any customs or border delays in your country and or rejection of the product. We are also not responsible for any additional duties.    

For Orders shipping to the UK we can only send a maximum of 3 full size bottles. This is due to the customs requirements. If you would like more please send us an email . 

We do our best to ship the items to you as quickly as possible. 

Back order items

Occasionally some of our polish’s sell out very fast and our site does not update the current stock fast enough. In this event we will send you an email and you can decide if you would like a refund, wait for the polish to be re stocked or change your polish colour. We work hard to make sure that these cases are slim to none.


We do not accept returns on any polish because we will not re-sell an opened bottle of polish and have no way of knowing if it has been opened. However, please email us with why you want to return the item and we will see what we can do. Email us


We are not responsible nor will we replace or refund items that are delivered to the wrong address or if you incorrectly provide us with your address.  We are not responsible for your items once they have left our warehouse. This includes damages in transit or theft of your shipment after delivery.
